Spicy Asian Pork Chops
One night I randomly made these up and they were such a big hit my husband asked me to write down the recipe so I wouldn't forget!
Equipment
- Cast Iron pan
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops thawed
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Siracha
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Wisk together all ingredients.2. Dip thawed pork chops in sauce and place in a warm frying pan.3. Drizzle remaining sauce over pork chops in pan.4. Flip pork about once a minute, until cooked fully (center should reach 160 degrees) and the sauce has begun to caramelize.5. Eat over some bacon fried rice. Super tasty!
