Spicy Asian Pork Chops

One night I randomly made these up and they were such a big hit my husband asked me to write down the recipe so I wouldn't forget!

Cook Time 10 minutes

Servings 4 servings

Equipment

  • Cast Iron pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops thawed
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Siracha
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Wisk together all ingredients.
    2.  Dip thawed pork chops in sauce and place in a warm frying pan.
    3.  Drizzle remaining sauce over pork chops in pan.
    4.  Flip pork about once a minute, until cooked fully (center should reach 160 degrees) and the sauce has begun to caramelize.
    5.  Eat over some bacon fried rice.  Super tasty!
